You can trigger avalanches on a few steep slopes. Avalanches are relatively harmless to people, but can knock you off balance. Can be dangerous close to terrain traps. (size 1)

Det har kommet et lite påfyll med nysnø de siste døgnene, snøoverflaten er generelt vindpakket myk eller hard. Tidligere har det vært plussgrader og regn høyt til fjells. Opp til skoggrensen er snødekket blitt gjennomfuktet i alle himmelretninger, og snøgrensa har krypt oppover. Over skoggrensen er det gamle snødekket solpåvirket opp til ca. 1000 moh., mens det i skyggesider kan være vintersnø ned til ca. 500 moh.

1-3 mm precipitation. Breeze from north, changing to fresh breeze from the northwest during the afternoon. -10 °C to 2 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Friday 23. April 2021

3-6 mm precipitation. Fresh breeze from northwest. -7 °C to 1 °C at 700 m a.s.l. Partly cloudy.

Avalanche risk assessment

Generelt stabile forhold. Et lite dryss med snø vil kun gi pålagring av betydning i de mest snøsamlende formasjonene, og her kan en enkelt skiløpere løse ut skred.

Hvis sola kikker frem og får tak i bratte heng kan det gå enkelte våte løssnøskred fra steiner og klipper.
